Fees and Payment - The fees for service plans are determined in advance and are communicated to clients. - Payment is required in advance of the service plan's commencement. Cancellation and Rescheduling* - Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with reasonable notice, subject to the terms outlined in our cancellation policy. - The Company reserves the right to charge the full fee for the work performed during the monthly billing cycle.
