Identification: Clients must provide an unexpired valid government-issued ID before the appointment begins. The notary will verify the client's identity during the video call. 3. Document Preparation: Clients are responsible for ensuring that documents are complete and ready for notarization before the appointment. The notary cannot provide legal advice or document drafting services. 4. Technology Requirements: Clients must have access to a reliable internet connection, a computer, or mobile device with a camera and microphone. 5. Services Not Provided: If we are unable to provide the notary services due to technical issues on our end or any unforeseen circumstances, you will be eligible for a full refund of any fees paid in advance for your booking. We reserve the right to update or modify this refund
