Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Required: All notary services are by appointment only. Clients must schedule appointments in advance through our online booking system or by contacting our office. 2. Identification: Clients must provide an unexpired valid government-issued ID before the appointment begins. The notary will verify the client's identity during the video call. 3. Document Preparation: Clients are responsible for ensuring that documents are complete and ready for notarization before the appointment. The notary cannot provide legal advice or document drafting services. 4. Refund Eligibility: Cancellation by Client: If you cancel your mobile notary service appointment at least 2 hours in advance of the scheduled time, you will be eligible for a full refund of any notary fees minus the mileage fee. This applies if the notary has already left to meet with the client and the services were cancelled during the commute to the assignment. We reserve the right to update or modify this refund.
